I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a nice area and just a short walk from the centre. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were extremely polite and helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, and a cozy sitting area. I especially appreciated the presence of a dining table, as it allowed me to enjoy meals in the comfort of my own room. The free wi-fi in the rooms was a great convenience, and the free toiletries provided added a nice touch. Additionally, having a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils in the room made my stay even more convenient.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location near Docks and Liverpool 1 with quiet evenings. Beautiful balcony with view of the Mersey. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for groups. Easy parking and short walk to attractions. Would use again on next visit.

We had a fantastic stay! The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of the city centre and close to shops. The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the dock area. The room was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed, including an oven, microwave, and washing machine. We enjoyed the large balcony and the fact that there was a car park nearby for easy access. The staff were helpful and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
